Our Story

La Boulangerie Boul'Mich® began with a simple but flavorful vision: to bring together the timeless elegance of French baking and the bold, soulful warmth of Latin culture. What started as a neighborhood gem in Miami has blossomed into one of Florida's most cherished bakery cafés, known for artisan croissants, savory empanadas, and cozy, relaxed café vibes.

For over 20 years, we've proudly served communities across South Florida—from Coral Way and Pinecrest to Doral, Aventura, Boca Raton,  Key Biscayne, Kendall, Sunset and Downtown Miami (The Historic Alfred I. DuPont Building) . Whether it's a quick weekday breakfast, a weekend brunch, or a quiet cup of coffee, La Boul'Mich offers a freshly baked escape that feels like home.

Everything we serve is made fresh daily—from buttery croissants and guava pastries to savory empanadas and baguette sandwiches. But we're more than just a bakery. We're a café where neighbors become regulars, where espresso is sipped slowly, and where everyone is invited to the table.

Our Mission

Freshness:

We bake everything in-house, daily. No shortcuts.

Fusion:

Our recipes blend French culinary tradition with Latin American flavor.

Community:

We design our cafés to feel like home—welcoming, warm, and full of joy.

Quality:

From ingredients to service, we aim for excellence in every bite.

BOUL'MICH (n.) the affectionate nickname given to the Boulevard St. Michel in the Latin Quarter of Paris. Known for its quaint cafés, bookstores, and shoppes.

As the central axis of the Latin Quarter, it has long been a hotbed of student life and activism, but tourism is also a major commercial focus of the street and designer shops have gradually replaced many small bookshops. The northern part of the boulevard is now the most frequented, due to its bookstores, cafés, cinema and clothes shops.
